PRODUCT WARRANTY
C.R. Plastic Products Inc. warranties to the original purchaser for a period of a limited twenty five (25) years of residential use and five (5) years for commercial use starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship of the furniture components.

All deliveries are done with 2 men crew and usually booked within a 2 hour window so we don't have to keep you home all day. Delivery charges include delivery and setup of purchase. Some restrictions apply. Customers are responsible to ensure items fit in the house and into the premises (i.e. through the doorways, into elevators, up or down stairwells and hallways) 25% restocking fee on cancelled orders.

You will pickup your order from one of our 3 locations (Langley, Surrey and Abbotsford).
Our local delivery area covers Richmond, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Mission, Delta, Surrey, Langley and Abbotsford.
Our Zone 2 delivery area includes Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, east of Mission and Chilliwack area.
We can ship to anywhere in Canada or the US. To find you the best rate, we will contact our delivery service providers and get back to you with a quote for your approval. Your credit card will not be charged until we have agreed upon a delivery cost.
